Is Hamburger Hill coming to Steam? Wesware has confirmed a plan to bring V1 to Steam in an itch.io comment. As of 1 November 2026, the official game page does not link a Steam store listing or announce a release date. The current release is available for Windows and macOS through itch.io.
This is an independent fan guide. Platform plans come from the developer’s public statements; a planned release does not mean a store page, wishlist or purchase is available today.
Hamburger Hill Steam release date and wishlist
In response to a player asking about Steam, Wesware said V1 is planned for the platform. No calendar date was given in that reply. Version 0.8.0 was released on 31 October 2026, and the official itch.io page still labels the game as in development.
We could not verify an official Steam store or wishlist link in the developer’s published game page. Follow Wesware’s itch.io page and development log for an announcement. A Steam search result with a similar name is not enough to establish that it is this game.
There is no published confirmation that an itch.io download or payment will include a future Steam key. Do not assume that paying now reserves a Steam copy or sets its future price.

Can I play Hamburger Hill on PC now?
Yes. The official itch.io downloads currently list Windows and macOS builds of version 0.8.0. They are offered at a price you choose, including free. These are standalone downloads; they do not require a Steam release.
For download links and installation steps, use our dedicated play page. For launch problems, use the troubleshooting guide. This page tracks release platforms rather than repeating the installation instructions.

Is Hamburger Hill on Xbox, PS5 or Android?
An unannounced platform is not the same as a cancelled platform. Check Wesware’s page for future port announcements and currently supported downloads.
- Xbox: No Xbox build or release date is announced on the official game page. The Steam plan is a PC platform statement; it does not confirm a console port.
- PS5 and PlayStation: No PlayStation build or release date is announced on the official game page.
- Android and iPhone: The official download list contains Windows and macOS files only. No Android APK or iOS release is offered there.
- Browser: The current release is downloadable. There is no official browser player on the game page.
What about Steam Deck and controller support?
A planned Steam release does not establish Steam Deck verification or Linux support. The official platform list currently names Windows and macOS. We have not verified a Steam Deck test or compatibility rating.
Wesware has replied that controller support is being worked on. Treat that as a development plan, rather than confirmation of complete controller support in your current build.
Where to start after downloading
Quick Play creates a single custom battle with AI soldiers; it is not online matchmaking. The campaign adds territory decisions and squad management. Our guides explain the modes and the equipment listed by Wesware.
